Since 2002 Gerelchimeg Chuluunbaatar-Trede is Head of the Asia Division of APPLICATIO Training & Management GmbH (www.applicatio.com) and is managing and implementing consulting and training projects worldwide with a special focus on Asia. Until 2002 she was professor at the „Institute for Finance and Economy (IFE)“ in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) and has performed – additionally to her Master of Business Administration – a one year training “Management & Marketing in the market economy of Mongolia“ of in Germany.
She is highly experienced in SME consulting (e.g. development of Business Plans, strategic and financial planning, operational planning, process analysis, organisational development)) as well as in training for participants from development and transitional countries with planning and implementation of face-to-face seminars/workshop as well of eLearning courses. This includes training needs assessment, curricula development, development of training material. Topics are e.g. start-ups, export and trade promotion, leadership/management, negotiating, conflict solving, training-of-trainers, training-of-consultants, training-of-moderators.
She implemented projects in the area of Value Chain upgrading – incl. training on value chain Upgrading methodologies – in several countries with a special focus on value chain analysis and project planning for value chain upgrading in Mongolia esp. in the agricultural sector (wool, meat, vegetable, leather, timber).
Gerelchimeg is CapacityWORKS certified and speaks Mongolian (mother tongue), German and English fluently as well as good Russian
